One night, five courses, and a deep dive into the cool-climate wines of the Sonoma Coast. Join us at Glen Ellen Star for a special dinner with Failla Wines, featuring five courses from Chef Julio Aguilera and Chef Ari Weiswasser, each thoughtfully paired with selections from the Failla portfolio.

Founded in 1998 by winemaker Ehren Jordan, Failla began with a focus on the rugged, cool-climate vineyards of California’s western Sonoma Coast. Jordan’s early winemaking and viticultural experience in France helped shape an approach centered on site, climate, and expressive varieties including Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Syrah.

Failla’s estate vineyard sits near the Pacific Ocean in the Fort Ross-Seaview AVA, where its organically dry-farmed vines experience the cool maritime conditions that have become central to the winery’s identity. Over the years, Failla has also built relationships with distinctive vineyards throughout Sonoma County and beyond, producing wines that explore the character of each individual site.

Throughout the evening, we’ll taste through the Failla portfolio and hear more about their approach to winemaking, the winery’s Sonoma Coast roots, and the cool-climate vineyards behind the wines.
